About Me
When anxiety is keeping you from doing the things you love, or you're going through a stressful transition (like a death, divorce, or career shift), struggling with burnout or PTSD - you don’t have to face it alone. With the right support, it is possible to feel more grounded, resilient, and able to move forward with confidence.
I work with adults and seniors who are weighed down by stress, responsibility, and painful experiences. This often includes medical and frontline professionals who face unique pressures and trauma. In our work together, I use an integrative approach including EMDR to bring real relief from the “stuckness” and heaviness of past experiences.
Having faced my own failures, messy transitions, significant losses and grief, I understand how hard it can be to get through difficult periods. While we are all different, real change only happens when you feel safe, understood, and validated. I show up with compassion, curiosity and without judgment. I’ll meet you where you are, and explore what you need in order to get to where you want to be.
I also try to be the kind of therapist I once wished I had in my corner when life felt overwhelming. Before I became a therapist, I spent almost 20 years in the demanding and intense world of advertising. Eventually I burned out and realized I needed to make a change for my own mental and physical health. I also knew I wanted to help others in a more meaningful way; and with that in mind, I changed careers and completed my Master’s in Counselling Psychology and have been practicing since 2020.
My hope is that in our work together, you will feel strongly supported as you move forward - with greater calmness, clarity and resilience.
